Roof Dogs 2013

The "Roof Dogs" from Christ Church Plano came to month to spend a week of fun with the kids at Sagrada Familia.

Waldir is showing a picture he drew of what he wants to do with his life: artist, architect, pilot, athlete.  Wow-that's a lot!  Tio Nozar looks proud.

Hermelinda shares her picture.  She wants to work in communications, maybe on the radio.

The kids broke into two groups for their lessons.

Yasmin enjoys the lessons too.  Gimena, not so much!

I'm not sure what Tia Karen is dressed as but it seems to be part of the lesson!

There was also some singing involved..in English and Spanish.

On Thursday, we had lunch in the mall food court.  The kids really liked that!

Everyone got to choose what they wanted.

Then there was more dancing in Happy Land.

I think Waldir stayed on this guitar game for awhile.

And then Friday was, of course, the annual performance put on by the kids for their beloved Roof Dogs.  Wilber and Juan Diego follow Diego Armando's lead. 

The girls looked very pretty in their traditional costumes.
